During our stay, the hot tub jets barely worked, which was extremely disappointing since we specifically chose this hotel for the hot tub. The bathroom had plumbing issues, with a clogged toilet that had to be dealt with ourselves after asking for help from management, who simply handed us a plunger. we found leftover food from previous guests, and housekeeping never came to clean our room during our stay, leaving us to deal with piling trash and unsanitary conditions.

Both rooms reeked of cigarette smoke, toilets clogged and no maintenance help offered!!! Elevator inspection expired, very concerning!!! Dirty curtains and lampshades gave an unwelcoming feel!!!

Couple bathroom and jacuzzi issues
The freaking jacuzzi was great for unwinding after a long day it was just what we needed after the nonsense outside. Also the staff was actually pretty nice they helped me find my way around when I was lost there in a daze.
The price wasn’t exactly cheap but given the amenities it was still alright.
